management expertise, Terrace Realty has
continued to offer high quality and

This family-oriented company has
developed a proven, hands-on approach
to management that is unparalleled in the

Terrace Realty is responsible for the
successful management of almost 500
units in more than 10 apartment properties
throughout the Midwestern United States.
Our highly trained staff of managers and
support personnel are experts in the field
of 5 - 100 apartment unit building
management. Although our specialty is in
residential building management, we also
offer a full compliment of commercial
services from management of strip
shopping centers and office buildings.
We also have extensive experience in
sales and marketing of income properties
and we are more than qualified to help our
clients with valuations, sales, purchases
and exchanges of their buildings.
