| Hello All... I am hoping that everyone is finding our website helpful & informative. I am personally enjoying the convenience of it myself. I want to remind everyone of our "pay your rent on time" program...When you pay your rent on or before the first of the month you will be entered into a drawing for a $50.00 gift card! New for 2009...Anyone who pays their rent on time all 12 months will be entered into a drawing at the end of '09 for a $250.00 VISA gift card!! WEST WIND VILLAGE TENANTS... I would like to remind everyone of our assigned parking policy...Tenants are only allowed to park in their own assigned parking spot. Tenants are responsible for where their guests park so please be sure that you or any guest of yours are not parking in another tenant's spot, office spots or in any no parking areas.
